Amy Olson graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004. After college, Amy entered into the field of law, and now has nearly two decades' worth of experience working as a paralegal in a variety of different practice areas, including criminal defense and family law. She has been Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2015.
Amy joined the practice of the Powers Kerr & Rashidi, PLLC in January of 2008, and has extensive experience handling complex family law issues including divorce, property division, child custody disputes, child support, grandparents' rights, paternity, adoptions, enforcement, and custody modifications. Amy also assists attorneys and potential clients with scheduling mediations and consultations, as well as answering general questions about the firm.
Amy is well-suited to help clients navigate through the emotional and highly sensitive stages of their cases, whatever family law matter they may be trting to resolve. Amy's clients find her to be knowledgeable, compassionate, and able to successfully manage their cases in order to meet their specific needs and prioritize their best interests.
